User License: Single User License - the product may be used on a single computer. Network License - the product may be made available to multiple users at one time through networking. The number of simultaneous users should not exceed the number of licenses. Site License - the product may be made available from one server to an unlimited number of users, within the organization that has purchased the site license, through networking or any other means. District License - the product may be made available for the entire school district. Please contact your distributor for further information. Library License - the product may be used on a single computer permitting access by one individual at a time. The library shall advise users not to copy the product for future use. Limited Warranty on Media - Edu2000 warrants the compact disk on which the contents are recorded to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery. Edu2000 is not responsible for replacement of any compact disk damaged through accident, abuse, or misapplication. Limitations of Liability - In no event shall Edu2000 America Inc´s total liability to the user for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the license fee for the product.
